What is Sales Technology Stack?

 

Sales or Revenue Tech Stack is terminology that applies a collection of tools to a sales process, such as technology, automation, and standard operating protocols, so that sales people can focus more time on selling and less time on administrative tasks. When applied properly, it allows sales people to do their best work, engage with the most qualified leads, at the right time in the customer acquisition process, and spend less time on non-revenue generating administration. In order to maximize the benefit of a sales technology stack, it needs to be properly examined and tailored specifically to your company’s sales process and your customer life cycle.
